FSI Named One of the Best Places to Work in San Diego for 2021

On August 26, 2021, Forward Slope, Inc. (FSI) was recognized as a finalist for the San Diego Business Journal’s 2021 Best Places to Work in San Diego for the 11th year. Members of the FSI Operations Leadership Team virtually attended the annual award ceremony. Of the four Corporate Awardee Categories (Small, Medium, Large and Mega), FSI finished 14th of the 43 selected Finalists in the Medium Category, in only the second year FSI was eligible to compete at this level.

This annual award program was created by the San Diego Business Journal and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in San Diego, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. Companies from across the county enter the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in San Diego. The survey evaluates each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and overall employee experiences.
