FSI Announces the Hiring of Mr. Arman Vosough as New Contracts Manager

On 17 August 2021, FSI President and CEO, Mr. Carlos A. Persichetti announced the hiring of a new Contracts Manager, Mr. Arman Vosough.  Mr. Vosough has extensive experience in all phases of Commercial and Government Contracting including Contract Agreements, Procurements, Solicitations, Bidding, Modifications, Subcontracting, Mediation, Assessing Risk and Legal aspects. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a BA in English as well as the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego with a Juris Doctor. Mr. Vosough is an avid sports fan and enjoys exploring San Diego and other parts of the world with his family. He will be a member of the FSI Operations Department.
